Beatrice Joyner, CEO of Busy As A Bea Productions, LLC earned her Master’s in Training and Organizational Development at St. Joseph’s University. She has over twenty-six years of experience training managers and supervisors and investigating employment discrimination complaints. In addition, Bea Joyner is a consultant and currently conducts a highly-praised assortment of parenting seminars through the School District of Philadelphia and other organizations. A member of Toastmasters International and competing and winning contests since 2008, Ms. Joyner is also an award winning author and documentary photographer.
